Hi, I'm Ada! I am a Happiness and Confidence Coach specializing in food, body, and mind freedom. 

I am so incredibly passionate about transforming your relationship with food, your body, and yourself from the inside out - holding space for slowing down, rediscovering who you are, breaking down beliefs and embracing fears, doubts, and insecurities that might be blocking you from living out YOUR HAPPY. 

My own journey of dieting, battling disordered eating and negative body image strongly influenced the coach I am today – passionate about helping you get out of your own way so you can step into unconditional confidence, freedom, and happiness. 

I recognize that the journey of freedom, confidence, and reaching goals goes beyond the surface level approaches. My compassion-first approach allows me to hold safe space needed for breaking down deepest beliefs and embracing fears, doubts, and insecurities so that the clients I work with can rediscover who they are and start living their happiest lives. 

As a Certified Nutrition Coach and a Certified Mastery Method Coach with plethora of personal experience, my unique approach goes beyond the conscious mind which allows me to deliver deep and lasting transformation.
