As a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Master Coach and Registered Nurse with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science, I have helped clients from age 20 to 80 lose weight, gain muscle, grow confidence, increase energy, improve sleep and stress management, and build life-long healthy habits.
I work for Rome Strength and Fitness in Rome, GA, and our nutrition program partners with the registered dietitians at Healthy Steps Nutrition to provide our clients with quality nutrition education and a proven step-by-step program tailored to each individual's needs.
Personally, I am a wife, a mom of two boys, and a competitive masters Olympic weightlifter for Power and Grace Performance.
