Hi! I'm Carlie ( Forest Gump hand waving action happening right now) I'm a Physical Education & Health teacher for crazy high school students, a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Specialist, and PN1-certified Nutritionist. When I'm not working, you can find me playing Wiffle Ball with my kids, hitting a good running trail for mental clarity, lifting in my trusty workout shed, attending a baseball game or just plain taking a nap. I also enjoy a good Swedish mystery novel, some dark chocolate and a soft blanket. My life is full, and I love it that way!
I've been in the training industry since I was 18 in multiple different roles- from training elderly clients at local gyms, to training US Marines to be deployment ready, leading yoga for Wounded Warriors, helping women gain strength, training student athletes & even used up collegiate athletes..but there were three themes that kept coming up that I knew people needed help with and it's these:
