My name is Carly and I’m the owner and head coach of Moxie Barbell! I’m a strength, nutrition, and health behavior change coach, dog mom, avid skier, and amateur baker.
As a coach, I’m most passionate about helping you find the version of health and fitness that you’re excited to incorporate into your life consistently!
My mission is to help you establish sustainable habits that you can adapt through different seasons of life.
I take a very holistic approach to coaching; I’m not just a strength and nutrition coach, I’m a health coach.
You might be expecting a training program or a meal plan but I promise that’s not going to give you results you can sustain.
Together, we’ll build habits that will help you look, feel, and perform your best.
We focus on the big picture tackling elements like training, eating habits, improving your relationship with food, movement outside the gym, body image, stress management, sleeping patterns, and more!
