I graduated UC Santa Cruz with a B.S. in Human Biology and worked as an analytical scientist for 4 years before leaving an unfulfilling, high stress job to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I had troubleshooted my own fitness & nutrition journey for 10 years before hitting my stride, struggling along the way with gut & thyroid issues, chronic stress eczema, injuries, emotional eating, poor mental health and a chronic hormonal imbalance that left me bed ridden for 3 months at its worst.


I mentored under WBFF World Champion Hattie Boydle while building my current business in 2020 after getting certified as a nutrition coach by Precision Nutrition.

Through this mentorship I learned how to get clients the results the had been searching for in terms of building muscle and shedding body fat, drastically increasing performance, improving sleep, decreasing stress, and doing so without restriction or overexercising.

I am passionate about helping all my clients cultivate a healthy relationship with training and nutrition, self compassion when faced with obstacles, and build them their own unique process that empowers them to succeed long after we've stopped working together.


I furthered my education the year after by enrolling in the Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialization and mentoring under Sam Miller and Brian Siedenburg for 2 years. Learning to read bloodwork and specializing in gut health, autoimmune diseases, hormonal health, as well as helping clients optimize their general health markers was a game changer for getting my more complex client cases the results they wanted.

Supporting clients dealing with chronic issues and giving them the nutrition, training, and lifestyle support they need to help improve their quality of life has been a dream come true for me, as I had struggled with so many of these issues myself in earlier years.


As a competitive athlete myself and a coach of many, learning to balance cross training, corrective exercise, proper nutrition and optimal recovery to perform at a peak level has been instrumental in my clients (and my!) success.

More often isn't always better, and when it comes to performance and injury prevention having a structured plan, knowing what levers to pull and when can make all the difference. I dealt with many injuries in my early 20s, and now I take a preventative approach so that these can be avoided as much as possible. Learning how to structure training throughout the week, month, and season allows my clients to get immensely better results with less work.
