WHO IS CLAIRE COOK?

HI! I am Claire, owner of Claireity Concepts: Guts&Goals. 

The coaching I provide not only incorporates my education involved in becoming a coach, but also brings in my experience. Why should you listen to me? Because I can relate to you. I am a 40 year old mother of two, a wife, and have been a full- time educator to middle school students for 15 years with expertise in the sciences and physical education. Fair to say, 

I have seen a thing or two. And it’s those things have made me a well- rounded individual that I believe can help transform you for the better. I know the constant craziness that life can throw at you and I have learned how to conquer it and be my healthiest self despite it all.
