This bar is high strength stress proof alloy steel that is a all silver zinc bar with silver zinc sleeves. Its equipped with double rings and medium knurling. It has 165,000 PSI which is great for on the platform or in the rack. With the upgrade to needle bearings it gives you very smooth rotation you would want for your Olympic lifts.
